Bas Rutten Mixed Martial Arts System

Rutten is a former heavy weight champion of the UFC and King of Pancreas Champion three times. He is currently the coach of the IFLs LA Anacondas.  Bas can be seen weekly on the Show "Battle Ground" and is featured the new documentary “Potent”.  Bas has earned a reputation as one of the most respected fighters in history with his fight record and as an innovative mixed martial arts practitioner and trainer.

Krav Maga is Mixed Martial Arts for the street.

Krav Maga is the Official Tactical Self Defense System taught to the Israeli army and Special Forces.  It is also taught to several law enforcement agencies across the United States. 
The system is Reality Based Self defense that is Simple, Effective and easy to become proficient at in a relatively short period of time. There is no theory in the system, there is no "art" -we only use what has been proven to work in real life – modern day situations.
Krav Maga has been featured on the Discovery Channel and the History channel in  the TV show the "Human Weapon". Krav Maga was also featured in the movie "Enough" with Jennifer Lopez.

Getting started with MMA Training is simple. Schedule a trial class and experience one of our programs first hand in a beginner’s level one class.
